How To Visit The Canton Fair

 

 

The third phase of the 135th Canton Fair will be officially held on May 1, 2024. This phase is themed "Better Life". It is divided into five major sections: "Toys, Maternity and Infants", "Fashion", "Home Textiles", "Stationery" and "Health and Leisure", with 21 exhibition areas. Exhibitors are currently preparing the items required for the exhibition and the products to be displayed.

 

 

The Canton Fair is large in scale, has many exhibitors, and the flow of people during the exhibition is very large. Therefore, there are restrictions on entry to the exhibition, and there is no simple visitor permit. If you want to visit the products, you need to apply for an exhibition representative card as an exhibitor before you can enter the museum to visit or purchase.

 

 

If you have participated in the Canton Fair before, you do not need to apply for a new certificate. You can enter this Canton Fair with your previous certificate. (If your certificate is lost, you can apply for a replacement certificate and just consult at the certificate office)

 

If you haven't attended the Canton Fair before, don't worry. These steps can help you obtain your exhibition permit

 

1. In order to avoid too many people applying for certificates on-site, you can first log in to the BEST platform of the Canton Fair official website (https://invitation.cantonfair.org.cn/), select "Pre-registration", and obtain the buyer's certificate after successful pre-application. Apply for a receipt. Applicable to applying for the first purchaser certificate. ​

 

2. On-site certification information

(1) The original valid identity document of an overseas individual, which is a foreign passport, a return permit for Hong Kong and Macao, a Taiwan Compatriot Permit, a valid overseas Chinese identity document (Chinese passport + overseas permanent residence permit/visa) or a Chinese passport (including a valid overseas work visa for more than one year) )

(2) Pre-registration electronic or paper receipt

(3) Company business card

 

3. Certificate application location

In order to provide maximum service, the Canton Fair has provided certificate processing points at Guangzhou's airport, hotels, Pipazhou Hong Kong and Macao Passenger Port, the Canton Fair office in Hong Kong and on-site. But the most convenient one is at the hotel's check-in point, so you don't have to run around with your luggage.

These are hotels with certificate application points. The service hours for the third phase of the exhibition are

April 30, 9:30-21:00 (extended to 24:00 for Yellow Star hotels and to 7:00 the next day for Red Star hotels)

May 1, 7:00-21:00 (extended to 24:00 for yellow star hotels and to 7:00 the next day for red star hotels)

May 2nd 8:00-18:00

 

 

Even if you do not apply for an exhibition permit at these places, there are still service points on site where you can apply for an exhibition permit on site.
